ASSURANS 20MG
Assurans 20mg is medicine generally used to treat a mild problem of Erectile dysfuntion which is very common in men of age 30-60 around the world. Assurans 20mg contains Sildenafil as the main ingredient. Sildenafil works by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). This enzyme is responsible for breaking down of (cGMP), which plays a crucial role in regulating blood flow in the penile region. In erectile dysfunction, there's an insufficient amount of cGMP, which leads to inadequate relaxation of the smooth muscles in the penile blood vessels. Sildenafil blocks the action of PDE5, allowing cGMP levels to increase. As a result, it increases the blood flow in our penile region and improves the ability to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated.
DOSAGE
The dosage of the medicine depends on various factors like your age, severity of your issue, etc. Always consult your doctor before taking the medicine as they will suggest the best suitable dosage for you.
