HOW BIGFUN 50MG WORKS?

BIGFUN 50MG contains Sildenafil which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is used to treat adult men with erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence. It happens when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is inability of men to attain and maintain an erect penis with sufficient rigidity to allow sexual intercourse. This medicine works by helping to relax the blood vessels in penis, allowing blood to flow into penis when you get sexually excited. 

Sildenafil acts by inhibiting PDE-5 and enhancing NO (nitric oxide) action in the penis. The mechanism of erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (NO) during sexual stimulation. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the penis.

DOSAGE OF BIGFUN 50MG:

Take the medicine orally with a glass of water. You can take the medicine with or without food. Do not break, chew or crush the medicine. Take Bigfun50mg 1 hour before you plan to have sex. Do not take more than 1 dose within 24 hours. The effect of the medicine will last up to 4 hours. It will not work on its own until you are sexually stimulated by your partner. Try not to take the medicine with high fat meal as it will slow the action of the medicine. Avoid taking alcohol and grapefruit beverage while taking the medicine. Do not over dose.
